Most wedding venues book twelve to eighteen months out, so a short-notice request is usually a polite no. Secluded Ridge is different. We're a small, private mountain venue near Morganton, North Carolina — intentionally intimate, with your own vendors — which means when a date is open, we can move fast. We've booked and hosted a full wedding on about a week's notice.
With a guest count capped at 24, there's no crowd to manage — just the people who matter most. Fewer moving parts is exactly what a short timeline needs.
We don't require a specific caterer, florist, or officiant, so you're never waiting on a venue's preferred-vendor calendar. Keep it simple with people you already know.
